WEEK 1
CULTIVATING GRATITUDE
&
ACTIVATING YOUR POWER AS CREATRIX
EARTH - ROOT CHAKRA
Welcome to Week 1:
Dear Powerful Woman,
Welcome to the beginning of your transformation journey! This week, we lay the foundation for all the healing to come by connecting with Earth energy and your Root Chakra. Through gratitude practices, you'll begin to shift your vibrational frequency and create the fertile soil from which new possibilities will grow.
As you engage with this week's practices, remember that gratitude isn't about denying challenges—it's about expanding your perception to include the gifts that exist alongside them. Even the smallest appreciation creates neural pathways that open doors to deeper healing.
The resources on this page are designed to guide you gently into this process. Move through them at a pace that feels supportive, knowing that every moment of practice plants seeds for your emerging empowered essence.

AFFIRMATION
I am the CREATRESS of my experience.
What I put out is what I get back — what I give I receive.
As I appreciate what is, more blessings naturally flow to me.
I am securely rooted in Great Spirit’s (God/whatever word resonates with you) unconditional love and support, receiving and radiating positive energy with each breath.
Stream of Consciousness (Journaling)
Reflect on three moments in your life when you felt genuinely safe, supported, or at peace.
What elements created that feeling?
How did your body respond?
Notice any shifts in your energy as you reconnect with these experiences.
Now consider: what small action could you take today to cultivate more of this grounded, grateful state in your current reality?
OM-work: NATURE AS HEALER
Step away from screens and schedules to reconnect with Earth's quiet wisdom. Find a space that calls to you. Sit in silent communion, feeling the ground supporting you completely. Allow Earth's steady presence to absorb scattered energies and replenish you. This simple practice activates profound healing as your nervous system remembers its place in the natural world. Your body knows how to heal when given this ancient connection.
Ritual: Gratitude Letter to Past Self
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed—perhaps in nature after completing your OM-work or in a cozy corner with soft music playing. This powerful ritual creates healing across time by acknowledging your journey with compassion and appreciation.
Begin by closing your eyes and visualizing a specific moment from your past relationship when you faced challenges. See yourself there—notice what you're wearing, your expression, the weight you carried. Breathe love toward this version of yourself.
Now, open your eyes and write a heartfelt letter of gratitude to this past self. You might begin with these prompts:
Dear brave one,
Thank you for having the courage to...
I want you to know I see your strength in...
What you didn't realize then, but I can see now, is...
The gifts that emerged from those difficult times include...
The wisdom you gathered that serves me today is...
I honor you for...
Allow your words to flow naturally, speaking to yourself with the tender understanding you'd offer a beloved friend. When complete, read your letter aloud—preferably to your reflection in a mirror—allowing any emotions to move through you.
Close by placing one hand on your heart, one on your belly, and whispering: "I honor the journey that has brought me here. I carry forward the wisdom without in lightness."
Keep this letter somewhere special or sacred to you (like a box or your altar) as a touchstone for your continued healing journey.
YOU WILL BE BURNING THIS LETTER ON SATURDAY AT THE END OF O OUR FIRST WEEK PROCESS.

On Saturday:
Find a private place and time where you can express your feelings and move in your own timing
Place your letter in a container that is fire-proof (a pot is good).
With your hands on your heart, read your letter again.
With gratitude, place your letter in the fire vessel and set fire to your letter.
Sit in quietude observing the fire dissolve your words, symbolically also dissolving your emotions and your “baggage” that you are setting free.
After the letter is completely burned and fine is completely extinguished, you can offer the ashes to the earth and take a few moments while you breathe deeply to journal any insights you are receiving and any emotions you are processing. Write about this experience for your “future” self.
